Our policies are as follows, and are subject to change at any time without notice, but probably won't for a decade or so.

• Reservations must be made in advance, and are subject to availability
• We have a 3 night minimum stay requirement in the Summer and all holidays
• We have a 2 night minimum on week-ends the rest of the year
• Receipt of a one nights stay deposit is required to confirm a reservation
• Deposits can be refunded with 21 days advance notice of cancellation
• Deposits can be rolled over with less than 21 days advance notice, provided we can re-book
• We accept payment by check, travellers check, cash
• Check in time is 3 pm or later and check out time is 11 am or earlier, unless prior arrangements made
• Children and pets must be under owners control at all times
